Direct Billing to ICBC & Insurance Providers

At Well+Able Integrated Health, we strive to make accessing care as seamless as possible. That’s why we offer direct billing to a variety of insurance providers, including ICBC and extended health benefits plans.

ICBC Claims

If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle accident, you may be eligible for ICBC-covered treatments. We can bill ICBC directly for approved massage therapy sessions, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses. Please note that ICBC does not always cover the full treatment cost, so a user fee may apply.

Extended Health Benefits

We also provide direct billing to many major insurance companies, including but not limited to:

• Pacific Blue Cross

• Canada Life

• Sun Life

• Manulife

• Green Shield

• Medavie Blue Cross (RCMP, CAF, and Veterans Affairs)

Coverage varies depending on your insurance plan. If your plan does not cover the full cost of treatment, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance at the time of your appointment.

User Fees & Payment

If your insurance plan or ICBC does not fully cover the treatment cost, a user fee will be applied. This fee is payable at the time of your visit. We accept various payment methods, including debit, credit, and direct e-transfer.

• Bring your claim number (ICBC) or insurance details so we can process direct billing efficiently.

• Confirm your coverage with your provider in advance to understand any limitations or user fees.

• Missed appointments may not be covered by insurance. Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
